4 hour braised Gippsland lamb shoulder tagine with prunes, cinnamon, and ginger.

Served with fresh coriander and toasted almonds.

This dish serves up to 10 people when included in one of our suggested meal packages.

Preparation and storage instructions:

  • Store product in fridge (1-5c) for up to 5 days, or in freezer (-18c or below) for 3 months (defrost fully before heating)

  • Reheat (from defrosted) in oven at 180c for 30-40 minutes, or until product is hot throughout

  • Garnish with fresh coriander, and toasted flaked almonds

  • Refrigerate any leftovers immediately and consume within 48 hours
