Salted zucchini, rolled up with Yarra Valley Persian feta, daikon radish, red radish shoots and lemon.

Great as a canapé but equally as good as part of a grazing lunch.

This dish serves up to 10 people when included in one of our suggested meal packages.

  • Pre meal canapés: 3-4 x canapés

  • Stand up canapé function: 6-8 x canapés

  • Grazing lunch: 3 x canapés, 1 x main, 2 x salads.

Preparation and storage instructions:

  • Store product in fridge (1-5c) for up to 3 days

  • Garnish with red radish shoots

  • Refrigerate any leftovers immediately and consume within 48 hours
