Roasted chickpea, cauliflower, broad beans, kale, mint, toasted seeds, maple lemon dressing

This dish serves up to 10 people when included in one of our suggested meal packages.

Preparation and storage instructions:

  • Store product in fridge (1-5c) for up to 4 days

  • Allow salad ingredients to come to room temp for 1 hour prior to dressing and serving.

  • Heat cauliflower florets (optional)

  • Toss all ingredients together and dress with maple lemon dressing

  • Refrigerate any leftovers immediately and consume within 48 hours
