Preparation and storage instructions:

  • Store product in fridge (1-5c) for up to 4 days

  • Allow undressed salad ingredients (except feta) to come to room temperature for minimum 1 hour prior to serving (preferably)

  • Dress with caper dressing just prior to serving. Once plated, crumbled cold feta over the top.

  • Refrigerate any leftovers immediately and consume within 48 hours
